Please read these Terms of Service carefully before placing an order with Axiom Aromas. By purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. About Us
Axiom Aromas is a home-based artisan perfume brand based in Uttar Pradesh, India. We currently operate without GST registration and sell exclusively within the state of Uttar Pradesh.
2. Products
All fragrances sold by Axiom Aromas are handcrafted in small batches. Minor variations in colour, scent intensity, or packaging may occur — this is a natural characteristic of artisan products and not a defect.
• All ingredients used are cosmetic-grade and considered safe for skin.
• Always perform a patch test before applying a new fragrance.
• Keep products away from children, direct sunlight, and extreme heat.
3. Orders & Payment
• Orders are confirmed only upon successful payment.
• We accept UPI, bank transfers, and cash on delivery (within select pincodes in UP).
• Prices displayed are inclusive of all applicable charges. No GST is charged as we are currently below the GST registration threshold.
• We reserve the right to cancel any order in case of stock unavailability or suspected fraud.
4. Shipping
We ship only within Uttar Pradesh. Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days depending on your location. Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days of confirmation.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on our store — including brand name, logo, product names, descriptions, and images — is the intellectual property of Axiom Aromas. Reproduction or use without written permission is prohibited.
6. Limitation of Liability
Axiom Aromas shall not be liable for any allergic reactions arising from personal sensitivity to fragrance ingredients. It is the buyer's responsibility to check ingredient lists and consult a dermatologist if needed.
7. Amendments
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our store after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
