Axiom Aromas is committed to delivering your fragrances safely and promptly. Please read our shipping policy before placing your order.

1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship exclusively within the state of Uttar Pradesh, India. We do not ship to other states or internationally at this time.

If you are located outside Uttar Pradesh and wish to place an order, please contact us at support@axiomAromas.in to discuss availability.

2. Processing Time

•  Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

•  Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

•  During peak seasons or sales, processing may take up to 3 business days.

3. Delivery Timeline

Estimated delivery times within Uttar Pradesh:

•  Lucknow, Kanpur, Agra, Varanasi, Prayagraj: 2–4 business days.

•  Other major cities and towns in UP: 3–6 business days.

•  Rural or remote areas: 5–8 business days.

These are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or local disruptions.

4. Shipping Charges

•  Free shipping on orders above ₹999.

•  A flat shipping fee of ₹60 applies to orders below ₹999.

•  Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may incur an additional ₹30 handling charge.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via WhatsApp or email. You can use this to track your shipment through our courier partner's website.

6. Packaging

All perfumes are carefully packed with bubble wrap and protective material to prevent breakage during transit. Bottles are sealed to prevent leakage.

7. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We will coordinate with our courier partner and initiate a replacement or refund as appropriate.
